Join us for this free experiential workshop! Spiral Dynamics is a map of human development, in both personal and professional categories. Each level represents different ways of thinking and value systems as well as different ways of setting goals and strategies to achieve them.

Coaches using the Spiral Dynamics model can offer their clients a way to expand their understanding, better explore the situation, and find the best solutions to move toward their goals. This workshop will also allow coaches themselves to analyze themselves and their thinking strategies in their personal and professional life, make definite discoveries for themselves, and find optimal solutions for self-development.

Workshop participants will:

  • Become familiar with the six basic levels of the Spiral Dynamics model and learn the characteristics of each;
  • Identify six powerful questions to support their clients' goals; and
  • Participate in small and large group experiential exercises and debrief.

Participants will also receive 1.5 hours of ICF resource development CCEUs.
