COURAGEOUS COACHING WORKSHOP

Courage and vulnerability are the birthplace of innovation, creativity, trust, accountability, hard conversations, and ethical decision making.

The Dare to Lead™ Training, based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, is an empirically based courage building program.

In this interactive 90 minutes workshop you will learn and practice:

• The 4 skills of Daring Leadership: rumbling with vulnerability, living into our values, braving trust and learning to rise.
• Determine your own call to courage and step into a bigger arena as a Coach.
• Determine how you want to live into your values as a Coach.
• Design how you will integrate key learnings from this workshop into your professional life.

Nancy is a bi-lingual (English, Spanish) Master Certified Coach (ICF Certified), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, ICF Certified Mentor Coach, Certified Coach Supervisor , Team Coach, Certified Advanced Cultural Intelligence Trainer and Emotional Intelligence and Diversity Trainer, Dare to Lead Facilitator with over 26 years of experience in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. Nancy works with Leaders and organizations from across the globe to increase organizational effectiveness and develop transformative leadership capabilities.
