These executives provoke strong reactions and much of the leadership literature calls them demeaning names like jerk, narcissist, and more colorful terms. They are a challenge for many executive coaches. Jordan Goldrich, PCC will discuss how to help them be completely authentic and achieve results, positive relationships, and respect.
In this interactive session, we will discuss how to establish trust and intimacy with very direct, success driven people.
