Session Description:

Do you believe that we are born with a level of talent, capability and gifting's that can be exhausted or limited?  Have you ever noticed the most successful people in life all have one single value they live their lives by called the principle of growth?  Dr. Carol S. Dweck, a professor at Stanford University whose research has defined the field of mindset psychology has highlighted to the world a continuum we all work from between the fixed mindset and growth mindset.  At the base of this theory sits the idea that our beliefs influence the way we respond to life’s situations.  If you want to understand how your fixed mindset framework can limit your growth potential and your client's growth potential, then come explore how to develop a growth mindset.  As a powerful coach you can evoke awareness and unleash a growth mindset that puts no limits on where you or your client want to go in achieving your goals.

**Note there will be a pre-work survey and analysis on if you are of the fixed mindset paradigm, or have a growth mindset framework to be completed before the session.
