Join us for our monthly Net-Workshop!

This is a great opportunity to connect with other ICF San Diego members, build your coaching network and dive deeper into the core coaching competencies. Each month, a member of the ICF Board will lead a short lesson focused on one of the competencies. Then, in break out rooms, you'll have opportunities to meet other San Diego coaches, discuss the competency of the month and share collective wisdom on how you can apply these learnings to best support your clients. We look forward to collaborating and growing with you and expanding on best practices.

In this Net-Workshop we will be covering CC#4 Cultivates Trust and Safety.

We will discuss:

  • Partnering with the client to create a safe, supportive environment that allows the client to share freely.
  • What maintaining a relationship of mutual respect and trust looks like.

All participants will receive 1.5  Core Competency Credits.
