This is coach-specific training because it's about understanding the foundation of language and how words work. Our clients are all speaking and giving us direct messages in the words they use yet most of us miss the subtle yet direct clues. It addresses ICF Core Competencies 6 (Listens Actively) and 7 (Evoking Awareness).
This session will help coaches understand what their clients are saying, not saying and inferring, simply by their choice of words. It will also teach them how to shift a clients perspective and how to build rapport, simply with the words they are already using. It will teach coaches about paralyzing words and words that evoke intentional answers.
