Panelists:

Gaby Alvarez-Pollack is a learning & development expert and a professional coach with an emphasis in strategic talent management, behavioral assessments, and organizational design. For over 20 years, her passion for learning, growth and strategy has helped individuals, teams and organizations achieve success by finding the perfect combination of personal meaning and business results. Gaby is the founder and Chief Learning Officer at GS&L Consulting, holds an MBA, is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTP) and is PCC accredited.

Wil Fisher is a PCC certified life coach who is passionate about helping folks heal, connect with who they are, and get what they want in life. Wil formally ran a personal and spiritual growth retreat center in Upstate NY (Easton Mountain) that served the LGBTQ community. In addition to the coaching he offers virtually, Wil runs personal retreats and group retreats. He also supports young adults on the autism spectrum and hosts a podcast called "Queerly Beloved."  www.wil-fullyliving.com.

Brian Schutt is a coach because of his vocational calling that came in 2015. He’s a professional certified coach with ICF and a 2022 ICF International Prism award winner for Organizational Coaching. He owns his own practice called Relational Soul Care that focuses on the optimal health of the soul. He works under the belief that the quality of relationships, in whatever roles we play, is determined by the state of our souls. Brian is both an artist and a technician and is now building a way to combine the power of both to deliver high value solutions that transforms the lives of his clients and partners. He is a certified Integral Coach, and in the Hogan, Birkman, Korn Ferry KF4D, and 5 Voices assessments.

Dr. John Weng, ICF PCC, is the Principal of John Weng Consulting LLC, where he provides facilitation, solution design, and coaching services to help workplaces realize their goals. Outside of his private practice, he serves as a Leadership Solutions Facilitator with the Center for Creative Leadership and leadership coach and consultant with Judge School of Business at Cambridge University. John is a lecturer at the University of San Diego in their department of leadership studies, department of counseling and marital family therapy, and Knauss School of Business.  He received his doctorate in leadership studies at the University of San Diego. In his free time, John enjoys being active in the gym, spending time at the beach, and trying all of the food options San Diego has to offer.
