Greg Pennington, Ph.D. is Managing Partner of Pennpoint Consulting Group (PC|G), specializing in leadership effectiveness through executive coaching, team acceleration, leadership development, and diversity consulting. He works with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, academic institutions, and professional associations.
Dr. Pennington’s coaching approach links individual and organizational strengths to measurable outcomes, challenging clients to expand their thinking and align development with mission, strategy, and culture. His work spans executives to managers, focusing on high-potential leaders and inclusive leadership. He also helps senior teams accelerate integration and performance.
Previously, he held leadership roles in HR and talent development, including VP of Senior Leader Development at a global manufacturer. He is the author of Your Leadership Signature and a recipient of the Distinguished Psychologists in Leadership Award.
Dr. Pennington holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from UNC Chapel Hill and a B.A. from Harvard. He’s also an active community member, artist, martial artist, and proud grandfather.
