Purpose:
To bring awareness to the aspects of a client’s internal conflicts in a metaphorical way and help to deliver understanding, integration, and choice.
Internal conflicts are a common human experience. They are often either the reason for a client seeking coaching, or as the client grows, they may appear as energies/ideas of their evolution. When coaches understand the foundations of how the Divided Self appears, and how to facilitate a deeper awareness for their client, the client can show up in the world as a whole expression of themselves, rather than struggling with conflict.
Key Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the seminar, participants will understand:
● The concept of the Divided Self and Internal Conflict of Parts
● Basic Parts Theory and Facilitation
● What the client’s parts might represent in energies and theories
● How to hear and facilitate at transactional and transformational levels
Each participant will receive 1 CCU in Core Competencies &
0.5 CCU in Resource Development
