Credentialing Series: Beyond Accommodation: Neuro-inclusion as the New Standard for ICF Credentialing Excellence

Description: In this session we will explore how neuroinclusion moves beyond accommodation and becomes an active standard within the ICF credentialing process. We will look at how coaches with diverse neurological profiles experience the credentialing journey, where the current process creates unnecessary barriers, and what chapter leaders and mentor coaches can do right now to elevate DEI so more coaches can pursue and achieve their credentials with confidence, without having to mask or over-perform to get there.

This is not a surface-level diversity conversation. It is a practical, framework-driven session your members can apply immediately in their mentoring relationships, study groups, and coaching practices.

Each participant will receive 1.00 resource development credit for this event
