Coffee & Conversations: Rudeness Rehab: Reclaiming Civility in High-Pressure Coaching Relationships

On this edition of “Coffee and Conversation”, Ana Floyd will sit down with Dr. John O’Brien, author of the book, Rudeness Rehab: Reclaiming Civility in the Workplace and Your Home Space.” Drawing on nearly 30 years of clinical experience, John explores how rude or dismissive behavior can undermine trust, trigger stress, and block growth — even in settings meant to inspire progress and accountability

Our conversation will be focused on how coaches can recognize, respond to, and reduce incivility in their work with clients, teams, and colleagues. Coaches will gain insight into the hidden impact of incivility, along with tools they can immediately apply to strengthen relationships, model respect, and create healthier, more productive conversations.
