Coaching Clients through Emotional Disruptions and Chaos

As the world becomes more chaotic, many people become more emotionally dysregulated.
Emotional Dysregulation means having difficulty managing our emotions and the way we react to them.

Emotional regulation, on the other hand, is the ability to understand and manage our emotions in healthy and productive ways.

If you are wondering whether this is something coaches need to stay away from, this webinar is for you!

Emotions are an integral part of the human experience.

They influence how we experience our inner and external reality, affect our state of mind, and change our behavior.

Emotions show up in the coaching space whether we invite them in or not, which means we, as coaches, need to know how to help our clients work with them in an empowering way.

In this master class, you will gain new perspectives on emotions and emotional states, explore the dark side of VUCA, get acquainted with the concept of BANI states, and learn new coaching skills to help clients (and yourself) return to emotional regulation and enhance emotional agility.
