Energy Management for Coaches

September 17, 2018 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Clients deserve coaches who are energized, focused, and present. When you are tired, stressed, or overwhelmed, you are not at your best. Perhaps that happens more often than you would like to admit. Perhaps you can point to a time when you survived a session when you weren’t at your best. Maybe your personal life got eventful. You couldn’t stop watching your favorite Netflix show last night. Your schedule was severely time-crunched. It happens.

Fundamental to all effective coaching is the ability to manage your energy and develop resiliency. Not only the key to more powerful coaching, resiliency can lead to greater productivity and fulfillment in your own life. Workshop participants will receive 1.5 ICF CCEUs (1.0 core, 0.5 resource development).

Key Take-Aways & Activities

  • The four major sources of energy
  • The power of a raisin to heighten your coaching presence
  • How to deepen connection to your intuition in service to facilitating results
  • Why stress is your secret ally
