Come join us at the Center for Creative Leadership for an engaging in-person presentation and discussion on the topic of what it looks like to be a Fearless Leader.

The “fearless leader” is not only unrealistic—it’s counterproductive. Fear is an inherent part of leadership and decision-making, but it doesn’t have to derail progress. In this transformative keynote, Dr. Jackman Hampton unpacks the myth of the fearless leader and exposes a new path forward—one how to coach leaders and their teams to move beyond the instinctual responses of fight, flight, or freeze.

Drawing from her research, emotional intelligence and behavioral psychology, this session explores how fear affects leadership decisions, team dynamics, and organizational culture. Coaches will discover how to recognize fear-based behaviors in themselves and their clients, their teams and, more importantly, how to develop strategies to help them move through fear with clarity, courage, and composure.

Through practical tools and real-world examples, participants will learn how to:

By understanding the root causes of fear and learning to manage it, leaders can cultivate a more adaptive, high-performing culture, enabling both personal and organizational transformation. This session will empower coaches to help their clients and more move beyond fear-driven reactions, create lasting change, and lead with authenticity and resilience. The session will include direct application for the participating coaches to self-apply the learning.

Through practical tools and real-world examples, participants will learn how to:

    • Navigate uncertainty with confidence and lead their teams through times of change without falling into reactive patterns.

    • Foster psychological safety within teams, encouraging vulnerability and open communication while building trust and collaboration.

    • Drive organizational change by addressing fear at all levels and creating an environment that embraces growth, innovation, and resilience.

Facilitaed by Dr. Tonya Jackman Hampton

This event will be a great opportunity to meet fellow coaches and make new connections. Light refreshments will be served.

Still You, Still Qualified: How to Coach with Confidence Through the Credentialing Process

For many coaches, the path to credentialing raises an unspoken question: Can I meet the standards and still coach like myself?

In this session, Tiffany Dedeaux, MCC, draws from her lived experience of allowing her ACC credential to lapse, finding her way back to credentialing, and developing a sustainable approach to professional growth. Through that journey, she discovered how easily coaches can begin coaching with the assessor in the room, losing confidence in their own instincts, voice, and method.

Participants will explore how expectations, routines, coaching choices, note-taking practices, and the right support can shape a more grounded credentialing experience. This session invites coaches to build confidence in an approach that remains authentic, consistent, and aligned with ICF standards.

Each participant will receive 1.00 resource development credit for this event

    PRESENTER: Tiffany Dedeaux, MCC

Through mentor coaching and thought partnership, Tiffany helps coaches deepen their craft, expand their practice, and trust their voice without losing themselves in the process.

Tiffany A. Dedeaux is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) who supports professionals, leaders, and coaches as they navigate change. She currently serves as ICFLA Past President, bringing strategic advisement, leadership, and operational stewardship to an award-winning organization.

Drawing on her background in ecopsychology and journalism, Tiffany built Sacred Time as a practice rooted in personal growth and the power of story. Her client roster spans leaders driving change at ABC, Microsoft, Expedia, Meta, Indeed, Boeing, and Amazon, and her work extends beyond individual clients to the coaches who support them.
