Credentialing Series: Beyond Accommodation: Neuro-inclusion as the New Standard for ICF Credentialing Excellence

Description: In this session we will explore how neuroinclusion moves beyond accommodation and becomes an active standard within the ICF credentialing process. We will look at how coaches with diverse neurological profiles experience the credentialing journey, where the current process creates unnecessary barriers, and what chapter leaders and mentor coaches can do right now to elevate DEI so more coaches can pursue and achieve their credentials with confidence, without having to mask or over-perform to get there.

This is not a surface-level diversity conversation. It is a practical, framework-driven session your members can apply immediately in their mentoring relationships, study groups, and coaching practices.

Each participant will receive 1.00 resource development credit for this event

    SPEAKER: Surya Sol, MCC

Surya Sol is the CEO and Owner of Radiant Health Institute, the first ICF Level 3 accredited holistic coaching school in the world. Through RHI, she has trained over 1,100 coaching practitioners across 25 countries, maintaining a 100% ICF credential pass rate across all three pathways (ACC, PCC, MCC).

Surya is a Master Certified Coach, Ordained Minister, Shamanic Healer, Reiki Grandmaster (Shinpiden), Certified Hypnotherapist, and Certified Trauma-Informed Coach. Her work integrates coaching science, somatic intelligence, and energetic practice into a single methodology grounded in the belief that the human is the instrument.

As a neurodivergent coach educator and business owner, Surya brings both lived experience and institutional perspective to the conversation around neuroinclusion in credentialing. Her institutional partnerships include NIH and Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits. She has been featured on The Dr. Oz Show, in Women's Health Magazine, and on HuffPost.

San Antonio Chapter presents: The Listening Edge

Most coaches believe they're already good listeners. Research shows we process information four times faster than people speak — and our minds naturally wander, judge, or prepare responses rather than truly absorbing what's being communicated.

Drawing directly from ICF Core Competency 6 (Listens Actively) and supporting Competency 5 (Maintains Presence), this highly interactive session challenges coaches to expand their listening repertoire and develop agility to adapt their approach to what each unique client needs in the moment.

    LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
    • Identify their own listening style and default listening patterns

    • Understand how to flex between listening habits for greater coaching effectiveness

    • Gain tools to transform their listening and become more effective communicators

    CCE's:

    *1.5 Core Competency

IMPORTANT: This registration process consists of TWO STEPS.

After completing your initial registration, you will receive an additional email instructing you to ALSO register via Zoom.

Please note that your registration will not be considered complete unless you also register through Zoom.

PRESENTER: Martha Tween, PCC · Global Listening Intelligence Certified Coach · Gallup Certified Strengths

Martha is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Mentor Coach, and ECHO Global LQ Certified Coach specializing in Listening Intelligence. Through Sapere Vedere Consulting she helps coaches develop listening flexibility using the ECHO framework, with deep expertise in ICF Core Competencies 5 and 6.
